By day I read Don Quixote, and at night before sleep I read a bit of Ivanhoe. The similarities are hilarious, such as last night’s section from Ivanhoe where the Black Knight, a knight-errant, was to spend the night under the arms of an oak tree in meditation upon his lady fair, but since he had no lady fair and he was tired and hungry from the road he sought out shelter instead.
